Soroti District Update Happening Now at District Council Hall Lukiko.

An inception meeting Hope Again Development Foundation (HADEFO). HADEFO is a non Governmental organization carrying out it's activities as CBO since 2014 piloting in the two sub counties of Asuret and then Soroti. It's Main objectives to improve Livelihoods in the Communities.

Purpose; To present the district their work plan, Budgets, and reports for the previous activities, as they seek to sign an MoU with the district so as to register as full NGO.
